Orders and acceptance

When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept your order when we confirm it or begin making your item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be made as ordered or a price was shown wrongly, and if so we will refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so prices include no GST. Postage is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds, returns and your rights

See our Refunds & Returns Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.

Personalisation and your content

If you supply text, names or designs for engraving or personalisation, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and that they are not unlawful, offensive or an infringement of anyone else's rights. We may decline to make an item that does not meet this, and will refund you for it.

The photos, designs, logos and text on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where the law gives you those rights.
